Similar to the January EC Toolbox that focused on EC documentation, this article provides a [Pearl] tool/checklist of the 22 (17 EM and 5 LS) elements of performance in the Emergency Management (EM) chapter for hospitals that require documentation.
Tip: Use the checklist to support your FSA process for the EM Chapter. Consider  using portions of it for focused mock tracers in your EC Department during the last 12 months of your triennial period.
