TJC has provided a tool for organizations to use in self assessing their compliance with current National Patient Safety Goals. It is a simple 14-page grid listing each NPSG, a pre-filled column indicating program applicability and 3 more blank columns for indicating compliance (or not), actions taken (presumably to improve compliance) and the results of those actions taken.
Tip: Use this tool as an aid to the FSA process as it relates to NPSGs.
