  • Guests & Visitors – Last month we began including full text articles for you in the last section of these Highlights. For some of them, you will need to log into your TJC Connect site.  Others can be downloaded directly.  We hope you will find them useful.
    
  • Members:
    New Usernames, Passwords and Full Text Articles – By now, each member hospital should have (and hopefully distributed) new SPHCC usernames and passwords. If you do not yet have this information, please contact your primary SPHCC liaison.  This is usually the Director of your Quality or Performance Improvement Department.  If you have not taken advantage of the new Full Text feature yet, please give it a try by clicking on any of the Ftxt symbols in the Recommended Reading section below or the article title in the summary reviews of the full newsletter.

• Reading Tips Newsletter (RTN):
  
• Tip#9: Boot Up & Sign In – Thanks to the update of logon information referenced above, it is now possible for premium members to use the new SPHCC username and password to access your SPHCC Custom Resource Page (CRP)… AND… download full text versions of Joint Commission articles reviewed in our full newsletter.  However, you will need to log in to your CRP/Home Page and ‘Sign In’ to JC publications (IngentaConnect) separately.  We suggest doing this when you first boot up your computer. After that you can access all SPHCC features and download as many TJC articles (past or present) as you like.
