As most readers know, the Tracer Methodology 101 (TM101) series prepares you for participating in tracers and provides models/suggestions for conducting your own mock tracers.  However, it may also reveal those aspects of a particular requirement that surveyors are likely to focus on.  For that reason, we note that the introduction addresses the role of leaders, need to collect/analyze data, debriefings and ongoing training.  As always, we commend the scenario (8 y/o boy with history of bullying/self-harm in an MH residential setting) with annotated surveyor questions (for leaders and staff) along with the included Mock Tracer Tracking Worksheet
