This article is a Part 2 and follow-up to last month’s piece on Safety Synergy: The Importance of Stressing Safety For both workers and Patients In Health Care Organizations. There are really no new points made.  The interdependence of patient and staff safety are reiterated.  Encouragement to improve overall safety by progressing in the development of a safety culture and becoming a high reliability organization are also reiterated.
