This article provides a brief review and reminder of the importance and some key processes required by EM.02.02.13 and  EM.02.02.15 for properly identifying, primary source verifying and privileging (as needed) volunteers in a timely manner during a disaster.  A sample application for disaster privileges is included on page 5.
