This workshop was a wonderful experience for all the participants. It provided an oppurtunity for the leaders to take a “time-out” from their rigorous schedules to learn, reflect, and apply TJC standards to improve safety and quality initiatives. The workshop was also pivotal in building cohesion among the leaders and between hospitals.
