In March 2013, CMS began posting CMS-2567s for short-term acute care hospitals (including state psychiatric hospitals) and critical access hospitals (CAHs) for surveys based on complaint investigations. These postings contain the actual content of the 2567 statements and are available to the public.  They are accessed by going to the ‘Hospitals‘ section of the CMS website, scrolling to the ‘Downloads’ section in the lower half of the page and clicking on the link for    “Full Text Statements of Deficiencies Hospital Surveys – April 2013 [ZIP, 6MB]”
